Esuna Studio Membership Terms
Membership Terms & Conditions (Bronze, Silver, Gold & Diamond)
These terms apply to all Esuna Studio memberships, including Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond.
1. Membership Renewal
All memberships automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with the terms below.
2. Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date. If notice is given within this 30-day period, one final payment may still be taken.
3. How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@esunapilatesstudio.co.uk, including your full name and membership details. Cancellations cannot be processed via phone, text, or social media.
4. Class Usage
Any classes included within your membership must be used within the applicable billing period. Unused sessions will expire at the end of each cycle and cannot be rolled over, transferred, or extended.
5. Booking & Managing Classes
Classes must be booked in advance via the Esuna booking system and are subject to availability. You can reschedule and view your bookings at any time via the “My Bookings” section. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.
6. Late Cancellation & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class time will result in the loss of that session credit. Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling will also be treated as a no-show, and the session will be deducted from your membership.
7. Grip Socks Policy
Grip socks are essential for all reformer Pilates classes. Clients will not be permitted to participate without them. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.
8. Refund Policy
All membership payments are non-refundable. Unused classes will not be refunded. In exceptional circumstances, credits or refunds may be considered at the discretion of Esuna Studio.
9. Studio Changes
Esuna Studio reserves the right to make changes to the class timetable, instructors, or services where necessary.
10. Cancellation Confirmation
Your membership will remain active, and payments will continue, until written confirmation of cancellation has been received from Esuna Studio.
